What Happens After You Get in Touch
Nothing automated, and no call centre. Someone from our team reads what you sent and calls you back, usually within two hours during working hours, and first thing next morning if you write to us late at night.
The call is short. We ask what kind of space you have, roughly how big it is, and what's bothering you about it. From that we can usually tell you a price range on the spot. If the job needs eyes on it (anything involving drainage, waterproofing, or a full redesign) we book a free site visit instead of guessing.
What to Have Ready
None of this is required, but it makes the first call much faster:
- A rough size. Square feet is ideal; "about the size of two parked cars" works too.
- Which direction it faces. Sun exposure decides half the plant list.
- A couple of photos. WhatsApp is easiest. One wide shot and one close-up of whatever is going wrong.
- What you actually want. "Keep it alive" and "make it look impressive" are very different jobs at very different prices.
When You'll Hear Back
Calls and WhatsApp during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm) get answered fastest. Form submissions and email are answered within two hours in the same window. Sunday enquiries are picked up Monday morning. We don't schedule garden work on Sundays, so there's nobody to send even if we replied.
